“EMPOWERED WOMEN, EMPOWERED COMMUNITIES”
INTRODUCTION
To commemorate International Women’s Day 2025, KALYAAN TRUST is organizing an
Awareness Ride under the theme “Empowered Women, Empowered Communities.” This event aims
to empower women through key discussions on health, safety, legal rights, entrepreneurship, and
STEM education while promoting road safety.
The awareness ride will take place across four zones of Delhi – North, South, East, and West – where
locals and women motorbike riders will participate in awareness campaigns specific to their region
before flagging off towards the main event in Central Delhi
OBJECTIVES

Encourage community participation by engaging women riders, professionals, & authorities.

MAIN EVENT IN CENTRAL DELHI
The main venue in Central Delhi will serve as the grand convergence point for all participants,
dignitaries, and women riders who have journeyed across the city to champion the cause of women’s
empowerment and road safety. Upon arrival, attendees will be greeted with warmth and
appreciation, symbolizing the collective strength and resilience of women. The event will begin with
an inspiring National Anthem, setting the tone for an impactful gathering. A powerful audio-visual
presentation will highlight the essence of the day’s themes—Women’s Health & Well-Being,
Women in STEM, Legal Rights & Empowerment, Women Entrepreneurs & Financial
Independence, and Road Safety Awareness—emphasizing the need for continuous progress in these
critical areas. Esteemed dignitaries and experts from respective fields will take the stage to deliver
empowering messages, offering insights, encouragement, and actionable steps to create a more
inclusive and safer future for women. This venue will not just be a place of celebration but a
platform for transformation, igniting conversations and commitments that will resonate long after
the event concludes. As a token of gratitude, lead riders, team admins, and dignitaries will be
